This immaculate second storey Carriage House with a large deck invites comfort and is modernly decorated. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, this stylishly finished Carriage House has all the amenities. We have ample parking available for your boat or watercraft and secured indoor parking for your mid-sized SUV.
This property comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The Main Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, the Second Bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The property includes in-suite washer & dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, Starlink wifi and 2 Smart TV’s as well as selection of board games available for the kids. Well supplied kitchen to meet all your needs making your stay stress free, enjoyable and relaxing! We are a short walk to the beach where you can enjoy Go Carts, Mini Golf, Sylvan Lake Golf & Country Club, Arenas and a Public Indoor Pool. Visit the numerous restaurants, bars & lounges along Lakeshore Drive while enjoying a fantastic family getaway, romantic vacation or business related stay! Great location for Sylvan Lake Summer Hockey School participants, tournaments and events such as Winterfest, 1913 Days and Canada Day Celebrations.
This is a Guest House on our property therefore no parties and excessive noise will be tolerated after 11pm. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property.

Summary: Tracy and Chris were amazing hosts. The place is perfect for 4 people. Very clean and had everything we needed. 15 min walk to the beach as well! The whole process was super easy. Definitely recommend!

Summary: The thing that sticks out the most for me is the cleanliness of the condo. It was very clean and Tracy was awesome awesome to deal with. Just down the street from Main Street and the beach.

Summary: This is our 2nd time to stay at the Carriage House in Sylvan Lake. It always feel like home away from home. It has a complete kitchen, washer & dryer & the place is modern and feels brand new. The property looks exactly like the photos posted. They have an indoor garage & outdoor space. The host is very hospitable and is available to answer any questions. The lake is close and so is the Gulls Baseball stadium. It’s the perfect place to stay when in Sylvan Lake!

Summary: Tracy was an excellent host, very responsive to messages and check in process was seamless. House was extremely clean and had all the essentials we needed for the week.
